How much does it cost to register my firm in another state?
Each additional firm state registration is $200, and registering each representative in that state is $75 per rep. State and IARD/FINRA filing fees are separate and paid directly to the agencies.
What does an annual renewal cost?
Firm renewal is $100 for the first state plus $50 for each additional state. IAR renewal is $100 for the first state plus $25 for each additional state, per representative.
When are annual renewals due?
State registrations and notice filings expire December 31 each year and must be renewed. The IARD renewal payment deadline falls earlier — usually in early December — and shifts from year to year, so it is easy to miss. We track your deadlines and file on time.
Do these prices include state filing fees?
No. These are Inovadora service fees. State registration/renewal fees and IARD/FINRA fees are set by the regulators and paid by you directly to them. We confirm the full amount before any work begins.
Can you update our Form ADV or brochure?
Yes. We prepare and file Form ADV updates — including Part 2A brochure amendments after material changes and the annual updating amendment — for $200 per filing. Most mid-year amendments carry no IARD filing fee, so that is typically your full cost; the IARD charges its own fee only on the annual updating amendment. Complex disclosure matters are quoted separately.
